- How'd That Habit Stacking and Temptation Bundling Work?

So the other day I told y'all about how I was going to implement the habit stacking and temptation bundling advice found in that book Atomic Habits.

I think I overthought it. LOL!

I got so nitty gritty and ended up exhausted by the time I tried coming up with an entire day. I tried to do something like this:

But I could only do about 2-3 levels of tasks and then I sat there twiddling my thumbs wondering what other habits I should put. And it just messed up my routine and I didn't like it.
